Premier Park Ltd- Claim is Dismissed by Court

Spent 15 mins waiting for someone in a car park , never left vehicle , they sent demand for payment. Wanted £300 in end so took me to County Court. They spent lots of time and energy on the case with lots of fancy legal terms and photos of parking signs.
Defended case and the case was dismissed! Hopefully other have similar success but it is well worth taking these bullies on. CST Law were representing Premier Park.
