When you send the completed N180 DQ, attach the following documents with covering letter with the following:

“Bearing in mind the contents of the defence I would strongly suggest that the judge makes the attached order in support of which I also attach transcripts of two cases which support the proposition that the judge should make the order I suggest”.

Draft order for the short defence

    CPM v Akande transcript

    CEL v Chan transcript

Following this, I have now been given a date for telephone mediation...

A complete waste of time, covered in the Template Defence first 12 steps.

Give it 5 minutes of your time to say 'no'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I have received this letter from DCBL today and it also included copies of all the letters they previously sent to me and a map showing the alleged locations of all the signs in the car park. Is this typical? Thanks.

You asked for evidence so they had to comply. Have you got a date for the joke Mediation phone call yet?

The court gave me a date for the hearing (to be in February) a few weeks ago. DCB Legal have been trying to call me since then and I have ignored their calls.

Today I received an email confirming they are cancelling their claim against me.
