I have received this letter from DCBL today and it also included copies of all the letters they previously sent to me and a map showing the alleged locations of all the signs in the car park. Is this typical? Thanks.

Mediation completed. Refused their offer.

The court gave me a date for the hearing (to be in February) a few weeks ago. DCB Legal have been trying to call me since then and I have ignored their calls.Today I received an email confirming they are cancelling their claim against me.6
