Zable Credit Card - Credit Balance

Hi! I paid off my Zable credit card earlier this year and have had a zero balance ever since. I've recently had to cancel a holiday due to illness, and one of the cancelled bookings has been refunded to my credit card, putting me into a credit balance. 

Do i have any rights with getting this credit balance back from Zable? Their chat are absolutely awful - according to their chat bot it says I need to get in touch with Customer Services to get a credit balance refunded to a bank account, but when I have done that they are fobbing me off saying that they do not offer this service. 

I've disputed with them that their help guide says this is possible, and they're telling me that a credit balance refers to repayments that can be refunded to my bank account?

Credit balances should normally be transferred to a current account, raise a formal complaint if their site says you can but they won't do it. Otherwise just spend on the card like normal and bring the balance down
