Santander account unable to transfer money

I want to transfer money from my Santander current account to my Chase current account and it keeps saying that it didn’t work. Is it down today? I can’t see anything reported. I know that there is a global IT issue for some.

I can't log on to Santander today, although I can to some other banks, so I'm assuming Santander is affected by the global IT issue.

I can log into Santander through the app and have transferred money to Santander from elsewhere. It shows up ok. Haven't tried transferring from Santander

Just made a payment from Santander to Lloyd's and it went through instantly.

I used the app.

I had a pop up this morning when I first logged into the Santander app telling me they were aware of an issue regarding payments. 

I guess it’s related to the bug in a security update that’s affecting quite a few systems around the world.

Logged into Santander & transferred between accounts & then transferred to Halifax no problem.

Could be bank at receiving end that is the issue. As some systems are not working, but main banking systems are.
