    Its is, but that's not what happened in this case though.

    On what basis?
    No chargeback that covers that.

    Aside is that you often get a text from a courier early in the morning stating delivery will be in this 2 hour window.

    The OP has not returned to confirm whether or not there was an earlier notification that his wife also did not notice.
