Changes to Paypal

Sorry if this is in the wrong catagory, please move if so. I am receiving at least 2 emails a day from paypal telling me they're making changes to their legal agreements. I don't really understand what the changes are as I rarely use paypal but surely they're not changing them twice a day for the last fortnight? Or is it just the same email repeated?

I have got it twice. Seemed to be the same email. Had a quick read I got the idea it was more to do with money laundering.

You can have more than one email address associated with a single PayPal account. Maybe that is why some people get two or more emails?0
