Hi all. We recently made the error of seemingly overstaying in a LIDL carpark in Carmarthen for which a Notice has been received demanding 90 quid. Circs were we may well have been over their time limit but had shopped in their store. My wife has had major surgery for lung cancer, both lungs, and we are both in our 70s. She became very breathless in the carpark, so we sat in the car for a bit till she felt able to travel whereupon we left. The Notice was delivered to our Welsh address but we on holiday in France - so time almost out! (Our daughter opened the letter and advised us of the claim. - otherwise we'd never have known until next month when we return home.). I wrote to the Lidl ceo but have received absolutely no response of any kind. Any suggestions on what I should now do are welcome! (We don't have the store recepts for the day - but paid by card, so have Bank statements stuff.)

It's back home in Wales. I don't have the thing, just what our daughter, by chance found, and told us! Will have her check it again urgently but she will be at work and it's a trek for her!
