Gatwick North- new no-vans policy

Hi. As we have a larger family we use a six seater minibus as our daily driver. But when trying to book it in for a forthcoming trip, I see that all of the operators now state that they won't accept minibuses or vans.
We park it easily enough in regular supermarket and on street parking slots. Can anyone suggest a way that we can avoid having to book two cars in, instead?

Find a just park site instead that allows vans1

Do they define what a van or minibus is?
The government website defines a minibus as having nine seats so your car, while minibus-like in nature, doesn't necessarily count as one.2 -
what vehicle do you have (make/model)?
From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
It's a Renault Master medium wheelbase high top.Half_way said:what vehicle do you have (make/model)?
I've never had problems parking in the north terminal car parks until this year, and although we have the option of taking two cars instead, there must be plenty of people who use a notability or wheelchair access vehicle of a similar size as a family transporter.
We found one site that seemed to be prepared to consider the bus if we contacted them and pre arranged it- they use the North terminal parking area, so it's not as though there's now a new height restriction, or similar.0
