Viagogo won't refund me for a cancelled sporting event

I bought tickets via Viagogo for a boxing match which was then subsequently cancelled (doping issue out of Viagogo's control). Viagogo confirmed I'm entitled to a refund.
Since April 2024 they just tell me that the refund has been processed their side and that they'll look into why it's not hit my account. However, despite several attempts I've still not received payment.
I am happy to go to the small claims court and was in the process of writing them a formal letter, but they're based in Switzerland so i'm unsure how best to approach it. Has anyone had a similar experience and offer any advice at all?
Thanks.

Did you pay by credit card?

I did pay by credit card. That was in August 2022. My refund request was initiated in April 2024 by me, which they confirmed was valid.
Do you think my Credit card provider is the first port of call?0 -

How can a company simply not give me my money back, surely there must be some route?0 -
The issue is that who bought the tickets & has resold on ViaGoGo has got the refund. They need to provide that to them to refund you.
Never get why people still use this co, given their history over the years & the amount of times they have been slapped for their practises.Life in the slow lane0 -

It seems to be the actual transferring the money into my account that is the only issue, accepting and agreeing to a refund has been confirmed.
