esure cannot add new car to policy for technical reasons?
Options
Took delivery of new car 4 days ago. Have been trying to get esure to change the car on my policy since. They say they have an IT issue and are waiting on a fix. I was sent an email saying I am covered until tonight, but what happens when this runs out. Can I ask them to cancel my policy without paying the £60 charge if they cannot get this sorted today?

Given they are under no obligation to allow you to switch the vehicle I wouldn't say there is an automatic right for the cancellation fee to be waived but wouldn't be too surprised if they accept it0 -
Is it a newly-launched car (or spec of existing model)?
