Does anyone have any current information on contacting Amazon by email to complain about customer service (especially the useless, misinforming live chat which I obviously do not want to use)? I cannot find an email address on Amazon website and those on here are all now unattended mail boxes or have ceased to be used (still being given out by the useless live chat though) I spent hours on live chat today and was misinformed and politely fobbed off over and over Not good enough!

What is the actual issue you are trying to get resolved? Amazon do not accept complaints via email, though they will correspond with you via email once a complaint has been raised. If it relates to a product you need to raise then issue via the Customer Service section of the site, then use the live chat with human, or request a call and you can then raise a complaint.1 -
The fact that I have had to spend hours chatting and phoning is the nature of my complaint Amazon is great when it works and dreadful when it does not I eventually got my credit after chatting with about 13 people and phone calls This is what I wanted to complain about but there is no way to do it0
