Mortgage Application - Existing Satisfied CCJs Not Showing

Hi Everyone,
First time buyers.
We had an acceptance with a poor credit lender at 7.5% using a specialist broker back in May.
Recently I've done a decision in principle online with a high street bank, who have done a soft credit search and said they could lend us what we need.
My partner had CCJs from just under 6 years ago (parking tickets, sent to wrong address), due to drop off their file in October and November. But we've done 'check my file' showing all 3 credit agencies and they are not showing on his file.
Are we likely to not obtain a mortgage offer, I know we still need to tell them about the CCJs when we are asked.
But the rate offered will make over £400pcm difference to our mortgage payments so of course we'd rather go with the high street lender.
My question is, how do we know if they've dropped off his file or if we will fall at the last hurdle during this house purchase if they haven't and the bank say no

I would recommend you ensure your driving licence and car documents are updated the minute you move. The CCJ from "sent to wrong address" is because the V5C wasn't updated when they moved - avoids this issue in the future. Add it to your list of tasks to tick off after you move so you don't forget it.
It's possibly an error they are not on the file unless he has the dates wrong?Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
