It says here that the tokens are being 'printed' by the Sun until 19th Jan. There's a token on the web page and also a booking form for you to print out.

Check out the Grabbit thread too, there's info about Sun hols there (and some others dotted about MSE if you search). Someone might have some spare tokens and more info about booking your holiday via the post, rather than online with code words (to do this you have to have booked before & have a form from the Sun).

Good luck, I'm sure there will be some less popular dates still available.
