BW Legal issuing a new claim

Hi all,

As advised I am creating a separate thread in relation to a separate Claim I have just received from BW Legal.
I attach a picture of the PoC.
I have another claim with a hearing in a few weeks in relation to another car but same defendant same claimant and same car park.
Only this one the breach is for not displaying a permit the other one was for breaching the terms and conditions of duration on the visitor bay allegedly staying too long.

Link to the other thread for the first claim is below

Login to MCOL and complete the AOS online

Then start researching the defence, similar to the other case, plus the additional advice on estoppel etc

So I read through all the documents they sent me recently and there is a LoC from several months ago to the wrong address in respect to the other car I had temporarily.
Exact same issue of not displaying the permit.
Shall I respond to their LoC although it was months ago but now I have received it in their batch of documents...

Also am I right to talk about that other LoC in regards to PCN on another car in the Defence as well?

Just deal with each claim separately, but do point out that only one claim should have been issued for all alleged breaches so ask for all outstanding claims to be consolidated

If the LoC is not related to these 2 claims, reply to it using the template in the newbies sticky thread by coupon mad, as normal

If it relates to either of these two claims, forget about it

With a Claim Issue Date of 8th July, you have until Monday 29th July to file an Acknowledgment of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 12th August 2024 to file a Defence.
That's nearly four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.
