Leaking windscreen

Hi all,
My car has been in the garage for an accident repair following 3rd party damage.
Area of damage was nowhere near where the windscreen is leaking. The company did however do a mini valet.
The dropped the car off whilst I was out and I've not had any communication from the company.
Went out in the car late afternoon and there is water marks down the passenger dash, and I can see water dripping from the upper corner of the window.
I'm waiting to hear back from the 3rd party insurers, but I also recognise this could be a coincidence.
If this is a coincidence, is this likely to be claimed under the insurance windscreen repair/replacement?
I'm with Churchill, but the policy isn't clear.
Thank you
