Stamp duty under labour

Is it yet known if Labour are to keep the £250,000 threshold. I understood this was going to revert back to £125,000 from March 2025 under the previous conservatives.

    It is almost certain that there will continue to be stamp duty at some level above some threshold.

    I do not recall anything clearer than that from the campaign.

    Failing that you will need to wait until the Budget / Financial Statement which will be in the Autumn.

    Anything beyond the above is pure speculation.
