please make your next post a proper SAO in MSE format via the links that have been provided.
otherwise you will just get incomplete replies to your problem.
it takes 10 mins to fill it in.

£100 to Charity is ludicrous. Stop it.
How much on phones?
Unless you have a large family your food bill is unaffordable. Even then, it's unaffordable. £160 a week is something like £700 a month AND THEN £250 on eating out !!!!! That's nearly £1000 on FOOD! You could EASILY get that down to £400.
Coming on asking for help, but not providing ALL the (anonymous) information, whilst frankly haemorrhaging money on luxury items you simply can't afford is why you're in a mess, you have an unsustainable relationship with money.
Even the title of the thread is bizarre, "Please help SOA", with no SOA being provided.
Fill one in, format for MSE and post it. Or don't. But at least look at it and look at where you fritter your money.DEBT FREE - Feb '21& Mortgage Free Nov '24
