I can’t log in to either app or website today on my usual two devices and home broadband and mobile.
They were carrying out ‘planned maintenance’ on the morning of 14th.
I could log in yesterday though.

I couldn't log onto the app earlier but can now, while it was down I had an e-mail stating they would be paying my switch bonus
After reading the hassle of some trying to transfer money out, I just did the hokey cokey with £250 that went smoothly.
