Scam on RingGo parking

First time using RingGo parking recently.  Tried to download app but couldn’t. Rang help number on parking noticeboard.  It said it cost£1 to register.  kept asking same question about car and impossible to move on. Went into hotel and receptionist sorted it for us taking no payment from us.
couple of weeks later bank statement showed £1 withdrawal and then£60 withdrawal.  

These were both for teachhow2code.com nothing to do with RingGo. 

Next morning we rangBank who said it is a scam. Apparently scammers either alter details on noticeboard or you ring the number but then get transferred to a fake number.  She has stopped those payments, stopped any further ones and is sending a new card. 

reported this  to RingGo but got a very confusing reply.
