A Civic in drag, which is probably not a bad thing at the end of the day.

I am surprised that the car is being developed and launched a a hybrid. Not sure how far along the development path this is but, with the restrictions on new ICE from only 6 years away, this might not have time to be launched before it is obsolete.
The car in the images linked looks pretty sleek but that can't happen someone needs to send Honda the memo that when resurrecting an heritage model name for a sports coupe, it need to morph into a soft-roader0 -
It is being built on the Civic platform so will use the engine options designed for that and the production is scheduled for 2026 so the ICE rules are not going to be an issue for the first revision.0

They are calling the Honda Prelude Hybrid - a 2026 model on https://www.caranddriver.com/honda/preludeWith a predicted US price from just $31,000 + - I do wish that we got the same price (£23,800)This is an extremely good looking car .0
