Warning about LookIncredible.co.uk

I think I've been scammed. Bought something from them a month ago by clicking on an ad on Google. Money taken immediately, nothing received. Have emailed them several times, each time they say they have refunded me but I've had nothing. 

Just looked on Trustpilot (why didn't I do this before ordering??) and see a litany of complaints along the same lines.

I have also just seen on Gov.uk that they went into liquidation in January 2024.

How are they still trading and advertising? 

Avoid!

Contact the practitioner and inform them he is still trading, although maybe it's a new startup and not linked
to the old company?
