Insurance claim - new shed

Recently had a fire I've been impressed with Aviva, not even been 2 weeks and they've paid for some lost content and arranged for contractor's to look at an the damaged windows and other items however...
With my shed they've asked for a weblink to validate the claim for a like for like replacement, which Is impossible due to the unusual size being 3.5ft wide, I can only find 3ft or 4ft. They've said they will happily accept a different size 4ft will be too wide and 3ft too narrow. If I send them a couple of quotes from a carpentry firms for a bespoke custom built shed which includes dismantling and disposal and erection of new on a like for like basis would that likley satisfy their requirements?
I'm surprised they haven't arranged their own contractors like on the other elements of the claim

Did you have a bespoke made shed previously?
At the end of the day if you present a 4' one and can find a carpenter offering to make a 3.5' one for a similar price it'll be fine. If the bespoke one is 3x the price then clearly they are going to say the old one was pre-made and bespoke is betterment.0 -
From what I've found a 4ft one of similar spec 650 without making a new base and disposal of old. But an carpenter gave a quote of 2k to dismantle, build and erect a new one. Personally I think he's taking the !!!!!!. But I need a 3.5ft. wide one. Im not sure where the old one came from possibly was bespoke0
