You don't know what date they sent a copy of your defence to the claimant. Don't overthink this. Just keep checking your MCOL history.2

I don't have the claim online - do I need to register for this MCOL account?LDast said:You don't know what date they sent a copy of your defence to the claimant. Don't overthink this. Just keep checking your MCOL history.1 -
When you received your N1SDT claim form, there was an MCOL password on there. You follow the directions on there for how to access it. It is accessed through your Government Gateway account.3

Its a good idea to login to MCOL in order to check the claim history, nothing else at this point
Read the letter again, its the standard letter involved in the usual process , listed in the 12 steps in the defence template thread
Nothing has been stayed , no mediation is currently available or useful , you misled us with your assumptions
You are now waiting for your N180 to arrive from the CNBC, eventually, so nothing to do at the moment2 -
There is no 'stay' on this case.
All letters and the timeline so far, is exactly as shown in the first 12 steps in the Template Defence thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I had the mediation before Christmas and the mediator was awful
Anyway they have cctv of the car entering the small parking area and then turning the car around and the parking in what they say the car park area but it was half on the pavement and the back wheel on their land. They said the car was there for 13 mins. I told the mediator I had no offers to make. She was very persistent.1 -

They are not there to intimidate and scare Defendants who are up against scam, exaggerated parking claims.
We detest the way Court Mediators lie to Defendants that they are "risking a CCJ" (nope) or "risking higher costs" (not in an exaggerated parking claim case)!
Mediators are not Judge or Jury and are clueless about these scam claims. They are so naive and are costing defendants money they'd otherwise never pay.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have received the witness statement by gladrags and my car is parked in the entrance of the "so called park" and half on the pavement. The picture zoomed out quite clearly shows it wasnt in the car park at all, but they have several zoomed in images. I will upload pictures and be grateful for any defence i can use within the statement. Their witness statement is near on identical to the other statement the filed for my other claim (which the judge struck out).
I also note their signs state "no grace period" in light of the recent 5 mins cases that have been won recently, is there any guidance I can refer to to include in my statement. According to their CCTV evidence which they haven't supplied, just stills, the car was their for 13 mins.1 -

I will post the other pages in next comment0 -

Ive just realised the signs have been changed and a second one has been added. The timestamp is dated September, the cctv grab of the car is from 20th August and there is only one sign on the gate post.0
