Loft insulation quote

Hello
Have had a quote for my 3 bed semi (1960s) to have loft insulated to 300 mm ( no insulation at the moment)
Loft size is approx 40 m2
Price is £822 to supply 300 mm loft insularion and install
Just wondering if this was a fair price ?

300mm of insulation where you currently have none will make a huge difference during the winter months. So even if you don't qualify for any grants, it is well worth doing. If you have any water tanks up in the loft, do get some loft legs & boarding fitted so that you can get to them. Even if you don't have tanks up there, it is a good idea to put some boards down so that you can store the inevitable crap out of sight.Her courage will change the world.
