Moneybox and Plum DDs

Hi all,
I needed some quick DDs so set up Moneybox and Plum accounts. Money has left my main bank account and hit my P and MB accounts yet my main bank account says I have no direct debits, the transactions are showing as Mobile/Online transactions (Natwest). Any ideas anyone?

You have sent the money via open banking, not direct debit. Set up a regular payment and wait for the first payment to occur - will take a week or two.
