Universal credit - check journal for notification email but nothing showing on account?

I’ve recently started my claim to migrate to universal credit and this morning I got an email saying please log in your account and check my journal for a notification relating to your claim but there’s nothing on there?
my to do list is empty and my journal page just shows all the steps of the claim there are no messages
am I missing something obvious or do I need to contact them?

Is there any new entry on the journal from about the same time as the email?

Sometimes it's not a to-do, or a 'message' for you to do something about, but just a note for your information that one of the steps has been completed.
