SSEN Cheque and Natwest App

Have you asked Nat West Customer Services why it's a fail?se2020 said:I have been sent a cheque from SSEN to cover an extended power outage.
Trying to pay it in via the natwest app but just get the "we cannot process your cheque right now" error every time.
All other cheques are paying in fine.
Anyone else had a problem?
Unless there was a few million similarly affected by the same SSEN power outage then not that many will have SSEN cheques in their hands today. Even then, how many of those will have Nat West accounts? and, of those, how many will use the App rather than take the cheque to branch or a Post Office?
Probably the wrong sub-board anyway as it's not strictly energy related and more of a Banking issue!0
