These £500 Daily Cash Bonus terms and conditions, along with ITV's General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms and Conditions, available here, (“General Terms”), apply to the Competitions (defined below).

 

Who can enter and entry requirements:

 

The £500 Daily Cash Bonus competitions (“Competitions”) are open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Competitions.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Competitions. 

 

By entering the Competitions, you confirm the following:

• You are 18 years or over and are a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man resident at the time of entry and closing of the Competition;
• You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV;
• You have read and accept these Daily Cash Bonus competition terms and conditions;
• You have read and accept the General Terms; and
• If you win, the Promoter may include and/or announce on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at its discretion your full name, general location, details of the prize that you have won and the correct answer you gave. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the General Terms.

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

The Competitions open and close for entries online via www.itv.com/win (“Website”) as set out below:

• Competition 1: opens at 9.00am on Monday 8 July 2024 and closes at 4.00pm on same day.
• Competition 2: opens at 9.00am on Tuesday 9 July 2024 and closes at 4.00pm on the same day.
• Competition 3: opens at 9.00am on Wednesday 10 July 2024 and closes at 4.00pm on the same day. 
• Competition 4: opens at 9.00am on Thursday 11 July 2024 and closes at 4.00pm on the same day. 
• Competition 5: opens at 9.00am on Friday 12 July 2024 and closes at 4.00pm on the same day.

 

You must: (i) complete your entry within five (5) minutes from clicking the ‘Enter Online Now’ button (“Button”); and (ii) complete your entry before the closing date and time of each Competition. If you are part way through your entry when the Competition closes you will not be able to complete your entry and you will not have entered the Competition.

 

How to enter:

 

To enter the Competition, visit the Website and follow the instructions.  You will need to register or log on to the Website before you enter the Competition. In order to enter the Competition, you will need to log on to the Website and pay for your entry after Stage 1 as advertised in the interaction information.

 

Once you agree to the terms and conditions, the Button will become available. You will have fifteen (15) seconds (“Time Limit”) to answer one (1) multiple-choice question with a single answer (“Quiz”). When you are ready to confirm your answer, click the ‘Submit’ button (“Answer”). You will only be able to attempt the Quiz once per Competition. For the avoidance of doubt, all entrants who enter the same Competition will be presented with the same question. 

 

If you Answer within the Time Limit, you will be asked whether you would like to proceed to payment to enter into the prize draw (“Prize Draw”) for a chance to win the £500 (five hundred pounds) as described below (“Prize”). If you fail to Answer within the Time Limit, you will not be able to enter the Prize Draw. 

 

If you wish to enter into the Prize Draw, you will be invited to submit your full name and county and proceed to payment to complete your Competition entry.

 

Please note that once you click the Button and begin the Quiz, you cannot cancel or pause your Competition entry. You must complete your Competition entry via the Website within five (5) minutes of clicking the Button. You should ensure that you have an adequate internet connection before entering the Competition. If you lose your internet connection, close or refresh your browser at any point whilst making your Competition entry, or click ‘Back’ between starting the starting the Competition and making payment, you will not be entered into the Competition, you will not be able to start your entry again and you will not be able to participate in the Competition. 

 

Winner selection and contact: 

 

Each draw will take place shortly after 4.00pm on each Competition closing date. 

 

Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries for each Competition will win the prize. 

 

For each Competition, the winner will be contacted via text within twenty-four (24) hours after each Competition closing date. Each winner will be able to see their prize in their profile on the Website (“ITV WIN Profile”). Each winner must redeem their prize within twenty-eight (28) days of winner contact. If the winner fails to redeem their prize within twenty-eight (28) days of winner contact, their prize will be forfeited.

 

If no eligible entries are made for the Prize Draw by the close date, the Prize Draw will not take place and the Prize will not be awarded to any entrant. 

 

Please note that the correct Quiz answer will only be revealed after the closing date and time of the Competition. For the avoidance of doubt, entrants who completed their Competition entry will be charged whether they answered the Quiz correctly or incorrectly. 

 

Cost of entry:

 

Entry to each Competition is £1.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

 

Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges. 

By entering the Competition, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry. Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. Maximum number of entries:

 

One (1) entry per person per Competition. 

 

Prize:

 

For each Competition, there will be a cash prize of £500 (five hundred pounds). 

In order to claim your cash prize, go to the ‘Profile’ link at the top of the Website and click ‘Cash Prize’. You can then redeem the Cash Prize in the following ways:

1.Transfer to your PayPal account: ITV will pay the cash prize into your PayPal account. To do this, choose the PayPal option and follow the simple steps. You can use a pre-existing PayPal account or create a new one. The Cash Prize balance in your ITV WIN Profile will be set to zero and the money will appear in your PayPal account within forty-eight (48) hours. 2.Convert the cash prize into entry credits (“Entry Credits”): you will be able to convert your cash prize to Entry Credits when you claim your prize. You may choose from three (3) conversion options: (i) convert £2 for one (1) Entry Credit; (ii) convert £5 for three (3) Entry Credits; or (iii) convert £10 for seven (7) Entry Credits. You will not be able to convert your cash prize to Entry Credits if you already have ten (10) or more Entry Credits in your ITV WIN Profile. Your Entry Credits will be the default method for payment when entering into any online paid competition on the Website. If you want, you can split your cash prize between cash and Entry Credit(s). To do this, you must first convert your cash prize into Entry Credit(s), using one of the three (3) conversion methods described above, up to a maximum value of ten pounds (£10). Any remaining cash prize sum will then need to be withdrawn using a PayPal.
