UK CPM Parking Charge Notice

Hello All,

I have been issued a PCN from UK Car Park Management requesting a £60.00 discounted rate payment, otherwise the full amount of £100.00 is due.

I received a PCN today for my vehicle for parking outside the designated area. However, I would like to dispute this on the following grounds:

As you can see in pictures attached, the parking space has a huge bush/tree at the back which has not been trimmed or maintained. This was stopping my vehicle and all the other vehicles parked in the space to protrude out. Moving the car any further back would have damaged the paintwork and body of the vehicle.

Would it be worth appealing this PCN?

What’s the likelihood of squashing this PCN?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and Regards

Search the forum for UKCPM and ignore them and the £170 debt demands. There's no appeal yet in this rogue industry.

NO PAYING. Search the forum. Read UKCPM threads and come back here when it matters (if you get a solicitor's LBC).

Tell them if you move house within 6 years.

Try a complaint NOW to the landowner or Managing Agents (if residential parking) but you'll hopefully already know that's 'PLAN A' in every case, from when you read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
