Contacting Hassle free boilers

I have been trying to contact Hassle Free boilers (HFB) for the last 5 days to no avail, I have left them voicemails, emailed them (when I threatened them that I would be seeking legal advice as I feel that they were in breach of contract, due to not  servicing my boiler) they emailed to say that they are currently scheduling appointments.  I also mentioned that I have been enquiring for an up to date balance, as they have placed a restriction on my land register all they said was they have passed my query to the correct team to contact me.  I have emailed them again to say that the only option that seems viable is for me to cancel my direct debit and default payment and I'm sure they would soon be in contact.  Does anyone have any suggestions before I resort to this?

Yes, don't cancel your direct debit.

You've issued the threat of seeking legal advice, it's time to follow through on it.
