Has your IHD stopped working recently?

Hi, I have a Hildebrand Glow "IHD on steroids" which froze a few days ago and now won't reconnect to the smart meter. I assumed it was a problem with the IHD rather than the smart meter because my Octopus Mini is working fine which suggests the smart meter is OK. But out of curiosity I've just dug my old IHD out and that won't connect either, making me think maybe Octopus have done a firmware update or something like that on the smart meter which is where the problem lies. I've logged the issue with Hildebrand but in the meantime I'm wondering if anyone else has an issue which might point towards something Octopus have done?
I might be putting 2 and 2 together inappropriately here, but my most recent bill didn't include the export paymenteven though they are getting the data. Strange things are afoot - maybe completely unrelated.
Any thoughts?

No IHD issues, but you may recall I recently had an issue with the communication from the meter back to Octopus which has now mostly resolved itself. Someone else posted on my thread about that with a near-identical issue too... My mini also worked seamlessly throughout.

IHD is in the cupboard. Novelty soon wore off. Always turned off unneccesary lights and shut doors / closed curtains to keep heat in.0

Just deleted four "welcome to Octopus" messages and it is working again.1 -
.....and suddenly, as if by magic, both the Hildebrand Glow and regular IHD have started working again. The Glow has been sitting there for a few days. I don't know if Hildebrand did anything in response to my email, will wait to hear from them.

It was nothing to do with Hildebrand, so maybe Octopus correcting a firmware issue or some comms or security issue that has timed out and reset itself - anyone's guess really. Anyway, problem over.

Yes, every few days recently. And I'm with EDF for gas, and I get the same from them too. Now fed marking them as read so just ignore them.
