Hi,
Received this NTK letter from Group Nexus today and I am hoping that this letter is a slam dunk at the POPLA stage as its non-POFA and it was issued outside the 14 day keeper liability? i.e is my calculation right in assuming its been issued on the 15th day and even assuming for the 2nd working day after the issuance it would be 8th June which is 19 days from the parking event.
Thank you

No POFA warnings either, so not just the timescales, its not compliant at all, so use the specific bogoff appeal as keeper based on POFA, as seen in other threads here, NOT the blue text template in the newbies sticky thread3

Thanks
Would something like this do? -Hi I am appealing as registered keeper
You have failed to comply with the requirements of Schedule 4 of The Protection Of Freedoms Act 2012 namely, but not limited to, failing to deliver the notice within the relevant period of 14 days as prescribed by section 9 (4) of the Act. You cannot, therefore, transfer liability for the alleged charge from the driver at the time to me, the keeper. There is no legal requirement to name the driver at the time and I will not be doing so.Therefore, I suggest that you contact the driver. I do not expect to hear from Nexus group again other than to receive confirmation that this parking charge notice has been cancelledthank you0 -
Yes, except I wouldn't be saying Hi , keep it short and sweet, to the point, they are not your friend2

Just a quick update:
"Thank you for your correspondence relating to your Parking Charge.
Further to your representations, we have investigated your claims and can confirm that your Charge has subsequently been cancelled in full and no further action will be taken. Please disregard any letters received that predate this correspondence."
Thank you all once again!
