This came up as an aside on another thread but I thought it was worth it's own...
My latest Octopus Flux bill doesn't include any income for export. I have emailed Octopus and I'm waiting for a reply. Not particularly urgent in my case as I'm in credit anyway. But wondering who else has the same problem and if anyone else has raised this as an issue and got a response?

I'm on Outgoing Fixed but see something similar. I don't have a bill at all yet, but my balance shows a deduction dated 30th June for electricity used 1st to 30th. No corresponding credit for export over that period. No reply to my email either, not even an automated acknowledgement.1

My IOF bill came through normally on the 27th June with both import and export.Smart Tech Specialist with Octopus Energy Services (all views my own). 4.44kW SW Facing in-roof array with 3.6kW Givenergy Gen 2 Hybrid inverter and 9.5kWh Givenergy battery. 9kW Panasonic Aquarea L (R290) ASHP. #gasfree since July ‘231
