Hi all. Can anyone who has gone through the process of buying their freehold of a small block of flats recommend a decent fairly priced solicitor? Difficult freeholder.

it's a bit of a minefield finding one.

    Take a look on the Law Society's "Find a Solicitor" website - you should be able to track down someone to act via a combination of looking there in the relevant local area, and also then calling the firms suggested to ask them if they act on share of freehold matters.
