ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

 

•    Prize Draw opens for entries via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Monday 8 July 2024. 
•    Prize Draw closes for entries online at 1.00pm on Monday 5 August 2024.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

•    The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries. 
•    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. 
•    The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms (linked below). All entrants must be contactable after 4.00pm on Monday 5 August 2024 and two (2) working days after.  

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

•    You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize consisting of a Camp Bestival Shropshire Weekend Family Tickets including the following:
•    Backstage Weekend Camping for two (2) adults and up to four (4) children (aged 17 or under) with access to the Backstage Camping area; and
•    four (4) Camp Kids Extra Passes, available from Friday to Sunday (included) which include a welcome pack with drawstring backpack, water bottle and meal tokens. More information is available at https://shropshire.campbestival.net/info/camp-kids-extra-pass/.  

 

Camp Bestival is running from 15 August to 18 August 2024, at Weston Park Shropshire (TF11 8LE).

 

Please note that Backstage camping does not include camping equipment. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companion(s) to bring their own tent and any other required camping equipment.

 

The winner and their companion(s) will be required to have a photo ID to collect their wristband.

 

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion(s) are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

 

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Backstage Camping area for security deposit purposes.

 

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. Where the winner’s companion is aged between 15 and 17 years old, the companion must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30. Where the winner’s companion is aged between 10 and 14 years old, the companion must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 26.

 

It is the responsibility of the winner to: (i) inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize before the event; and (ii) to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that Camp Bestival, Weston Park Shropshire, or any performance lined-up at https://shropshire.campbestival.net/line-up does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

 

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

The prize excludes transportation to and from Camp Bestival Weston Park Shropshire, meals and drinks (other than those included in the Camp Kids Extra Passes), attractions, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.
