TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “KISS x Mentos – Online Competition” (the “Competition”).

 

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

 

 

1.ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS

 

ONLINE COMPETITION:

 

Entries are restricted to one entry per person.

2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

 

ONLINE COMPETITION:

 

There will be one winner of the Competition.

 

The winner will be selected from all those that correctly answer the competition question on the relevant online page (via the website named in section 1).

 

All valid entries will be pooled and the online winner will be chosen by electronic random draw on Monday 15th July (competition ends at 23:59 on Sunday 14th July)

 

3. ENTRY PERIOD

 

ONLINE COMPETITION:

 

Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:

 

From 08/07/2024 at 00:01 (the “Start Time”) to 14/07/2024 at 23:59 (“End Time”).

 

Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid.

 

Winner Announcement: The winner’s first name and hometown are available on request by emailing win@bauermedia.co.uk

 

However if the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them, then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

 

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

ONLINE COMPETITION:

 

Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

 

Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.

 

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

MENTOS T&C’s:

1.              Eligibility: The Mentos x Bauer – Year of Mentos Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Mentos and Bauer.

2.              Competition Period: The Competition begins on 8th July 2024 and ends on 14th July 2024. Entries submitted after this period will not be eligible.

3.              How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must visit https://planetradio.co.uk/kiss/competitions/ and locate the dedicated entry form for the Mentos x Bauer Competition. Entrants must complete all required fields on the entry form to submit their entry. Promotion of the Competition will also be conducted on the official Instagram and Facebook pages of Mentos and Bauer.

4.              Winner Selection: The winners of the competition will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will be conducted within seven days after the end of the competition Period. The competition will award one winner with a year's supply of Mentos products.

5.              Prize: The winners will receive a year's supply of Mentos products, equivalent to [365 products from the Mentos Candy and Gum range]. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.

6.              Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via email within seven days of the draw. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and select a replacement winner.

7.              General Conditions: Mentos and Bauer reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of their control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

8.              Data Protection: Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's prior consent. By entering the Competition, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.              Publicity: By participating in the Competition, winners agree to the use of their names and entry content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and marketing materials, without any further payment or compensation.

10.            Governing Law: The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

·      Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
