Has any small business used or had dealings with this company? I was approached and told that with card payments exceeding £1k per month, I could make substantial savings on my payment fees. I'm actually nearer £2k. I checked with Trustpilot (more later!) and they gave 95% for five stars. It all sounded great so I signed up. I then did some calculations. My saving for May would have been £1. For the first six months of the year, I would have paid £34 MORE. So I cancelled the contract within the 5 day cooling off period.
Now the hassle begins. They charged me my first month's invoice. I got countless emails about setting up etc. But I was no longer a client. Then they sent me a terminal. They want it back so they put it in the hands of their collection department!
Now if you read Trustpilot's one star comments, you will see the true nature of this company. Scam. Fraud. Criminal etc. Excess charges. Lost payments. So how come so many five star supporters. It appears Trustpilot could have been scammed and I have asked them to look into it.
I use Squareup and they do an excellent job. Next day, sometimes, same day payments. Never any queries and loads of analysis.
Anyone been bitten?
