Bank Account or similar for "Community" Club (Youth Soccer Team)

I'm normally up to speed and/or can find ways of doing things, but with this I'm struggling. Currently I have a Personal Starling account that I wasn't using, so have donated to the cause. (Temporarily). This is linked to Lumio, but the transaction refresh rate is terrible and its not working out.

I need an account, for a not for profit Youth Football team. With the possibility of having 4 card holders. This will mostly be for Subs and Fundraising, with occasional card usage/transfers out.

When I ran my Ice Hockey team, we opened a community account with Barclays, which worked well as a holding account. But I found Barclays (and most modern banks) to be archaic.

I would love a Monzo, Revolut, Starling alternative. Ideally someone who accepts Apple Pay, but this is less critical.

It needs to be fee free...
