Martin recommended 18866 not 118866.
Your not the first this has happened to, and i doubt if you will be the last.

You might want to consider getting an Orchid dialler,or switching to 1899,to avoid this happening again in the future.

After using 18866 for about a year, someone at home has finally mistakenly dialed 118866 with a charge of around £1.50
I've disabled 18866 from the home phone and switched to 1899 - should have done this ages ago!0
