Return portal issue

I wished to return a couple of items from some brand. However, I wasn't able to generate a request/label as their system seemingly marked the return period has passed. Upon double checking the T&C, Today(July 6) is the last date, and yet their system prevented me from submitting a return request since yesterday. 
I believe I can still return this order, but no customer service after 5pm and the weekend. I tried to send a couple messages uing online form but no confirmation emails are sent. In that case, I do not know to prove that I had reported this issue prior to the rerturn deadline.

Any advice? Thank you so much.
