Changes to Revolut Premium, Travel Insurance

On the 19th June Revolut announced a fairly major change to their Premium Account. Gone is their 90 Day Travel Insurance to be replaced by a number of other benefits, having carefully listened to their Customer's wants & needs.
In order to assist their account holders that make use of the Travel Insurance Revolut suggest signing up (by the 26th June) to an option of upgrading to their Metal Account by paying the same Annual Charge of £80 upfront. Otherwise Travel Insurance will cease on 25th June.
Unfortunately Travel Insurance under the Metal Account is only available for a maximum trip of 30 days.
With the above in mind anyone who started a trip of up to 90 days in early June suddenly finds themselves Uninsured as, if they chose to take the upgrade to Metal but have been away >30 days on the 26th June they will Not Be Covered.
We're in that situation. I've raised my concerned and Revolut have swept it aside. The next problem is finding an insurer who will insure us as we are already abroad?
Any suggestions?
