Letters from ZZPS and GCTT- HELP!

I was working at the hospital in a busy crisis team in 2018. I was parking outside my own office in hospital grounds when I was nipping in and out in a very stressful team. I have received letters from both ZZPS and GCTT for 4 tickets which were issued Oct/Nov 2018 and I have read that I should ignore these letters- is it still worth going to PALS? Or if I just ignore them, is it likely no further action will be taken?
I have read the forum sticky thread, but I'm struggling with my mental health at the moment and I'm finding things overwhelming, so please help with what my best course of action is?

Get the trust to cancel them , try to string these out past the 6 year anniversary, dont take ZZPS or GCTT seriously, but do come back to this thread if you receive a Letter of Claim or a court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton
On a side note, PALS is for patients, not workers , the Estate management team or HR are the ones who can help at the trust2 -
Should be easy to string them out to November, and this swerve any court claim risk, entirely.
Search the forum for
string out silver bullet 30 day hold
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
