Trinity Estates

Options
Hi,
I wondered how I could go about looking to remove trinity estates from managing our small development. Is this even possible? I am currently engaging with neighbours to understand their thoughts on it too but I would like to understand if this is an option?
Thank you in advance for any advice

    Leasehold or freehold?
  • Hi Bulldogmum

We are down in Exeter and were able to get rid of Trinity Estates after just six months of the same terrible service and overcharging that you experience daily

Trinity Estates are breaking the law with their bank account which collects money from leaseholders across the country. After mentioning Section 42A of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, Trinity quit within 8 days!! You see they are supposed to set up segregated bank accounts for Ground Rent, Service Charge and Sinking Fund in respect of EACH and EVERY landlord/property. But they haven't done that. There is a single bank account where all the different money gets mixed together. This gives rise to potential money laundering offenses.

NatWest is currently looking into this. They own RBS which is where all your money goes.

I do not know if the Forum will allow me to post my email address so that you can contact me if you want further guidance.

    Hi, Simonknows2:

Thanks for sharing the information. I am the leaseholders and member of RTM of the property in London, our property managed by Trinity, currently dealing the issue and determination with Trinity Estates.

Any chance, can we in contact for further discussion?

    Many thanks
