Looks like it's a free trial and then they charge you $39.95 or £31.23 + VAT for the pro version and a bit cheaper for the Home edition.
It's possible it's fine. Advertising on Facebook isn't a red flag, unless there are lots of people posting bad stuff about it.

They don't have reviews on Facebook but they have a 3.8 star (healthy and non-fake looking) set of reviews on Trustpilot:
(Obviously Fake ones have nearly all 5 star reviews and very few less than 4 stars).
