Portfolio Mortgage Question

Hello 

We are in the process of selling our home and our buyers buyer has a portfolio mortgage and is buying 3 houses at the same time. 

One of these houses is having issues and he may potentially have to change his portfolio mortgage from 3 properties down to 2

How easy a process is this and would it have much of a delay with the process. 

Any help or advise would be great

Surprisingly of the many (probably over 100) lenders that might do portfolio deals they all have (somewhat) different processes and rules. So, who knows (was going to be more direct...). Some will be prompt and slick, others stupid, ignorant and illogical.

If the buyer's buyer needs to simultaneously sell all 3 properties in order to buy, that's a potentially massive impact on coordinating the exchange. I wouldn't hold your breath......
