    Thank you, in which case do you think I should try and apply for a DRO with a different company?
    Otherwise I don't know how to argue it with Money Wellness. I don't really want to apply for an IVA when I'm not a homeowner and I'm so close to the limit for the car!

    just get 2 bodywork repair garage costs estimates in writing and email them to money wellness, then they have to deduct those costs from a good  condition parkers private sell price of your car , eg car without scratches condition car

    a respray is very costly

    I think you should just keep evidencing the car's value, which will be decreasing by the month

    And refer MW to the guidance as they now seem to be making up their own rules
