A claim for injury through MIB is by definition a claim for uninsured loss, so is nothing to do with any insurance policy. A personal injury claim of any possible kind wouldn't normally be required to be notified either. So "clue is in the wording" is quite frankly, nonsense. It will depend on the question being asked - have you made any claim on any motor insurance policy in the last 5 years? No. etc.
