    Lol. So you declare any claim you ever make for anything when you renew your car insurance?

    A claim for injury through MIB is by definition a claim for uninsured loss, so is nothing to do with any insurance policy. A personal injury claim of any possible kind wouldn't normally be required to be notified either. So "clue is in the wording" is quite frankly, nonsense. It will depend on the question being asked - have you made any claim on any motor insurance policy in the last 5 years? No. etc. 
    wording from compare the market - and the majority I have seen have always been along the same lines 
    have you had any motor accidents, claims or losses in the past 5 years no matter who was at fault or if a claim was made?

    The OP should be saying yes. 

    If they asked your wording. The OP is free to say no because they haven’t made a claim

    Just because the third party was uninsured doesn’t automatically mean they are at fault.
