If, what you are saying is correct, surely the Law should reflect Right from Wrong, and these claims abandoning any Warranty, which lets face it, most people would expect their faulty kitchen to be replaced without, then surely Companies should not be allowed to hoodwink the public like this......

B is essentially the option I quoted. In fact in Consumer Rights terms A and B are virtually the same. 

If you are unhappy with the law then you’d need to speak with your MP to propose a change. 

These Kitchen Warranty T&C's must have arisen thousands of times to thousands of people, my reason for entering this Forum was to, maybe, meet some of those people and share experiences, that's all.........

The forum is about consumer rights. Warranties are not part of your consumer rights. They are simply a promise from the manufacturer to you.
