Mizrahi’s leading 3 month fixed rate account

Dear all,

I wanted to put money into a Mizrahi's leading 3 month fixed rate account (AER 5.22% (!)) on a Flagstone platform. For this purpose, I opened a Flagstone holding account and transfered money there (more than Mizhahi's leading account minimum deposit). However, I could not see a Mizrahi's leading account on a list of saving accounts on my Flagstone page. Then I sent a email to Flagstone Client Service and they have just replied that "Unfortunately I cannot see a 3 month fixed term deposit with Mizrahi Bank on your platform, there are other 3 month fixed term deposits available but none with Mizrahi Bank."

Does anyone know why Mizrahi's account is not available and do I have a chance to get this sorted?

Surprising that the "Flagstone Client Service" talked about "on your platform", not "on our". The external list does indeed currently show
Mizrahi Tefahot Bank AER 5.22% | Gross 5.13% Fixed 3 Month
which I presume is what you want. I would email them again (or, if you have the time, phone), pointing out that linked page. While it's possible that it's been withdrawn this morning and the page not yet updated, they ought to be able to explain that if it is the case.
