Hive haven’t collected my monthly fee

I was paying £2.99 per month for Hive and had to change payment details when it expired. I had an email acknowledging they had received my new details but further payment wasn’t taken.
I have tried to pay amount owing, £14.95 but my cards are rejected.
What can I do?
